After visualizing the course of action, a plan was finalized to build a prestigious institute keeping in view the future requirements for the quality gender balance education. In our initial efforts we have come to realize it is more essential to provide quality education to educationally deprived girls to prepare them for job market to benefit economically.
Although the girls are eager for joining schools for education, but the poverty of their parents makes it unaffordable so proportionate efforts are needed to alleviate the poverty of the area, through further residential schools and I.T software houses development and proportion of tourism, besides providing vocational training quality education and I.T skill to make female education equally rewarding economically.
• To achieve these objective we need cooperation & assistance for the sponsorship of students.

• To keep quality education economical and up to date. The institute would require assistance in term of science and I.T lab vocational training equipment, library,
schoolbooks, sponsored teachers, skill development trainers.
• Assistance through sponsored staff and facilities, volunteer visiting teacher and trainers.
• Affiliation and guidance for integration with national / international education system for standard syllabus /examination and certification system.
• Overseas scholarships for higher studies for the intending Candidates on completion of their studies in the institute.
• Affiliation with foreign institutes and universities for maintaining standards and integration of courses to prepare students exclusively for studies in affiliated over
seas institutes.

Seeking I.T contracts for I.T institute to make it sustainable besides providing extra opportunities and incentives to I.T teachers, institute's graduating and senior students through partial local employment.
• Organizing summer camps for outside students to create Atmosphere of cultural understanding and assimilations, so essential for ultimate globalization.
• To cooperate with private education systems and Government agencies for further development of this serene area into education, I.T, and tourism centre for creating more opportunities for local population and graduating female students.
• At this crucial stage the complete realization of above agenda is only possible through integrated efforts by all concern Government agencies and timely declaration of conducive policies to tap the area's potential for alleviation of poverty and
improvement of gender parity through meaning full incentives of grants, programs sponsorship, priority approval and recognition of Zia Siddique Foundation education system and women university.
• Zia Siddique Foundation at “Datot” extends its invitation to U.N agencies, European commission, U.S. Aid, Asian Bank, Islamic International Communities and N.G.O to visit our institute, to asses our efforts, guide and assist us for further development as a complete female university and professional skill development institute to enable females to get jobs to make their education equally rewarding and to achieve gender
parity in real sense.
